Beautifully decorated rooms and friendly staff. I had a room with a small romantic balcony that had a fine view of the city. The breakfast had a good variety and quality.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, exactly where you want to be located in Siena. The rooms are spacious and charming, with some even featuring 500 year old frescos on the ceiling. The staff is friendly and prompt with their service, and the breakfast is really good.

There are cracks in the walls and some electrical outlets don't work.

Amazing view, incredible breakfast, warm and welcoming staff, perfect location, easy parking. Intimate and well-scaled, doesn't feel tired. Regal palace vibes, like being a count in the 16th century. Helpful and attentive concierge, comfortable room with tall ceilings and big windows. Excellent bathroom and complementary snacks. Delicious buffet breakfast.

I was delighted with the exclusive amenities, personalized service, and convenient location. the spacious and exceptionally clean room had all exclusive room advantages, including a large and comfortable bed with fresh and crisp linens, a flat, screen TV, and a marble. the in, room dining menu was perfect, and I was impressed by the delicious continental breakfast, which offered a variety of international and locally sourced dishes.

There was no Fitness facility, which is common for luxury hotels.

Being in this hotel was a luxurious experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, filling our every need with ease. the room had exclusive amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. the restaurant offered a special diet menu that catered perfectly to our dietary needs. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Continental breakfast was rich in variety, providing for everyone's taste. the location advantages were amazing; being situated in the historic center of the town made visiting all the major attractions a breeze.

the hotel itself cannot be blamed for this as the Palio festival was taking place at the time, but a quieter room option would have been appreciated.

The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel facilities were great. the parking was convenient for us, with valet service available.
